Kelsey Asbille Chow, an American actress, gained fame due to her performance on the Disney XD comedy 'Pair of Kings.' Since her early years, she has appeared in various films and TV shows. She guest-starred ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, touring the country with Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple. Barbara appeared on the stage at The New Theatre in Kansas City Missouri, in the show Social Security. The show took place for a period of a month Jacksonville Florida during summer 2014.
